Though Oro Azul has never been available in the Denver area it was somewhat present in other regions before it started to become less and less visible. Either late last year or early in 2003 that the Oro Azul family of tequila was picked up by Barrel Select Importers and has now begun to reappear in the U.S. with a vengeance. All three varieties are now represented at the major California based on-line retailers.
