This striking presentation of Oro Azul Extra Añejo Artesanal is one of a very limited edition release. A handblown artisan glass bottle permanently encased in a metal housing fashioned in the shape of the letter "A" and packaged in a black lacquered, wooden box. I understand there were only 300 bottles produced with each one being signed and numbered. Some may be made available in the USA in the future but I don't have a release date at this time (02/2009). While I have not tasted the tequila inside one of these glorious vessels I do expect it to be fabulous due to the reputation and standards of the factory that produces Oro Azul. I've had the pleasure of visiting NOM 1079 with the help and company of my great friends that organize an annual pilgrimage to Jalisco. Agave Tequilana Productores y Comercializadores has showed us all tremendous hospitality on each visit and there product is always outstanding.
