This very limited production two year añejo was a member of the early Porfidio line and was discontinued in 1996.
The original Porfidio line had four tequilas. Porfidio Silver, Porfidio Triple Distilled Plata, Porfidio Añejo (Aged two years) and Porfidio Single barrel Añejo. The Reposado in the blue ceramic bottles followed later as well as the ultra-premium tequila añejo, Porfidio Barrique. Porfidio has stream lined it's products back down to four tequilas. The "Single Barrel Añejo", " Triple Distilled Plata", "Small Batch Reposado and Barrique.
