We were able to meet with gentlemen representing Tequila Querido Viejo at the Las Vegas Tequila Fest in September of 2007. Based in Pleasanton, CA, they have formed a new company to import and distribute the brand and are very excited about it's future. Some may remember a brand of tequila named "Mi Viejo" in very similar packaging. The name "Mi Viejo" translated to "my old one" . With QV Distributions, LLC and Distiladora Los Magos now controlling the brand the name was modified to Querido Viejo (QV), meaning "old beloved", referring to the traditional formula and methods attributed to this tequila.
