Arfor is apparently an un-aged tequila doubled distilled and left at 50% alcohol. The Revolucion website does state that this tequila blanco is rested at an undisclosed amount of time. Probably in Stainless Steel tanks to take a bit of the edge off. The site also recommends Arfor as an "after drink" meaning after dinner and thus the "Digestivo" designation. At 100 proof that's one hell of a way to top off the evening. The bottle pictured is from Thomas Lemke's collection and I haven't been able to try Arfor yet but it's definitely on my "to do" list. |
