That's Right, Porfidio Rum, and from what I understand, not just any ol' rum but a very high quality, triple distilled, single-cane rum produced and estate bottled in Puerto Vallarta. As much as I love tequila I'm also a huge fan of a good cocktail and rum based drinks have always conjured up images of the tropics and exotic locales. This concept was not lost on Porfidio in applying a blue palm tree in the bottle instead of the trademark cactus.
