I had read some relatively unfavorable reviews about this tequila before it started to pop up in liquor stores in my area. After buying it at a very reasonable price of just under $20.00 dollars I thought maybe it was an inferior product. Not at all. It's obvious that some reviewers are influenced by the añejo head mentality and price. In my opinion these guys got it right. A reposado that is aged just long enough to take the bite off tequila right out of the still.
Evidently Agroindustria Guadalajara is working with a new importer and probably explains why I'm seeing 30-30 restocked locally. I hope they keep it coming because 30-30 continues to be one of the best bargains in the 100% agave market.
