Casa Noble has been a very popular tequila here in the United States and I've always enjoyed tequila produced at this factory. In December of last year I was able to visit a number of distilleries in the town of Tequila and among them was La Cofradia. It is one of the best operations I've seen with a wonderful balance of traditional and modern techniques and equipment. The grounds are beautiful, very well kept and the place is set up to graciously accept visitors.
The Casa Noble line has been trimmed down to three primary products. This very good rested version of Casa Noble remains one of them. The President of "Spirit Journal", F. Paul Pacult is a well know and respected liquor industry authority as well as an author of a number of accurate articles on tequila. Mr. Pacult called Casa Noble Reposado "Superb" and gave it a rating of 4 stars. Who am I to argue?
