Casta Oro is a reposado with a portion of tequila añejo added. I have two bottles of this tequila, each from a different distillery. One is from Tequilera Newton E Hijos in Guadalajara which is where the other Casta products are normally produced. The other is from NOM #1146 - 'La Tequileña' in Tequila. Both bottles are numbered and if they are chronological the one from La Tequileña is older. At the time of this writing Casta Oro can still be found but if you're a collector I suggest you grab one if you see it. The very nice people at the Zuma Importing Company have discontinued this product as well as Casta Brava. The Casta Weber Azul (añejo) and the Worm Bottle (reposado) are still being imported by Zuma and should remain widely available.
