Cava Antigua used to be produced at Industrializadora de Agave San Isidro (NOM 1420) but that particular factory left a lot of their clients scrambling for new producers when they changed operating strategies. I.P.N. continues to list the Cava Antigua blanco and reposado with the old NOM and producer. There may be a new importer for this brand.
