While this "Highlands" factory is relatively new we've seen some very good tequila come out of here. Comisario is no exception. There is a nice transition in each variety moving from a crisp vegetal blanco to an excellent reposado, then on to a decadent añejo. Of course the first thing one notices about Comisario is the fantastic looking "cognac style" bottles and they definitely do make an attractive presentation. They exude a since of style, class and quality. Once poured you'll find that the tequila inside the great vessels lives up to the initial impression. The Comisario family should impress even the most discerning tequila aficionado.
