The factory of Productos Finos de Agave was founded in 1996 and primarily produces under the label of Campo Azul. The company is very proud of their product and processes that use both traditional and state-of-the-art techniques. Located in the Highlands region town of Jesus Maria, in Jalisco, Tequila Don Nacho is a new rested tequila out of this Los Altos factory and has the support of some notable individuals in the tequila industry. I just sampled this tequila at this writing and it is very enjoyable indeed. Very smooth, lightly sweet with a subtle complexity and will be a treat for reposado drinkers. At the moment Hi-Time Wines has it in stock but I hope to see this tequila available Nationwide soon so I could drink it on a regular basis.
