The label on this tequila states that it is produced at a 90 year old distillery and distilled in traditional pot stills. This tequila is said to be aged three times longer than the standard yet it has a wonderful light straw color and subtle wood tones with a very good agave flavor. The extra aging must account for this tequilas smoothness which the distiller has done without compromising the tequilas character.

This bottle is listed as a service to collectors. It appears these blue glass decanter style bottles were available in the USA for only a brief period and I don't believe they were ever used in Mexico. I also don't think Don Ramon is currently imported but can be found in different bottles in Mexico as seen on the next two pages.
